Who I Am
Charlotte Caleb has a Law LLB from King's College London and LPC from BPP Law School. She has been an Artist Manager for 14+ years where she has worked with countless teams of creatives and managed household names to new and emerging acts. In 2019 she was a recipient of YouTube x MMF Accelerator Fund and in 2024 of the BPI Grow Music Scheme.
She spent 3 years at Jukin Media, a viral video management company, followed by 3 years at AWAL, forming the first BI & Data Department at the record label. She was a driving force in using data to drive business decisions for artists and managed the technical migration of data when AWAL was acquired by Sony.
She now manages a roster of artists as an independent manager, as well as providing consultancy services to new and emerging acts.
